PRICING, SHIPPING and REFUND POLICIES

  • Shipping Policy:


    For physical products and merchandise purchased through our platform, we aim to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to our customers. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout. Please be aware that shipping times may vary, with shipping starting from 3 days and potentially taking up to 15 days.

    We strive to process and fulfill orders promptly, typically within 15 business days of receiving payment. Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of their delivery.

    Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier disruptions. We will do our best to keep customers informed of any delays or issues with their shipment.
  • Cancellation Policy:


    • Cancellation Requests:
      Customers may request cancellations for their orders by contacting our customer support team via email or phone. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order to be eligible for a refund.
    • Refund Eligibility:
      Orders that are cancelled within the specified timeframe are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
    • Late Cancellation:
      Cancellation requests received after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for a refund. APF reserves the right to assess late cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue partial refunds at its discretion.
    • Exceptions:
      Please note that certain products or services may be non-refundable or subject to specific cancellation terms and conditions. These exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
    • Policy Updates:
      APF reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to customers via our website or email.

  • Refund Policy:


    We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product or service purchased from APF, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.

    For digital products and services, refunds may be granted under certain circumstances, such as:
    • The product or service does not meet the specifications or description provided.
    • Technical issues prevent you from accessing or using the product or service as intended.

    For physical products and merchandise, refunds or exchanges may be offered if:
    • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
    • The wrong item was shipped, or the order is incomplete.


    To request a refund or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the request. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 14 business days of approval.

    Please note that all returns must meet specific criteria to be eligible for a refund. If a product is returned in a used, damaged, or missing original tags condition, the return request will be declined, and the product will be re-shipped back to the customer. In such cases, the user will not be eligible for a refund, and APF assumes no liability. Additionally, if the user fails to accept the receipt of the re-shipped product, they will remain ineligible for a refund.

    Please note that certain products or services may be non-refundable or subject to specific refund terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

    After successful refund verification, the funds will be transferred to the customer's bank account within 7 business days.
